FAQ

What are the plans for the reunion?
We will have two events, a family picnic and a dinner, with both taking place on Saturday, July 25th.  Check the Event Information tab for times and locations.

What will the reunion be like?
FUN!!  It will be great to catch up with friends that you haven't seen or talked to (Facebook doesn't count!) in forever.  Both events will be laid back and easy going and you'll be able to enjoy yourself and socialize with friends from our class.

Where is the reunion taking place?
The family picnic will take place at Pecan Grove Park and the dinner event will take place at the Municipal Ballroom.  Please see the Event Information tab for specifics.

What should I wear?
The family picnic will be outside at a park so dress accordingly for the heat.  The dinner will be inside the Municipal Ballroom.  While this is not a formal event, dress to impress! :)

What is the entertainment?
David Tarvin is in our class, who do you think the entertainment is?!  We've hired DB Music to DJ our event and provide a photo booth.  You won't want to miss it, DB Music is the best!

What is the dinner?
La Mesa will be catering our dinner.  Fajitas with all the toppings, rice, beans and chips and salsa will be provided.  Beer and wine are also included in the price of the ticket.

How much are the tickets?
Tickets are $35 each if you purchase before May 25th.  Between May 25th-July24th the price of each ticket increases to $40.  If you purchase a ticket on July 25th, the price is $50.
If you are bringing a date, please make sure to purchase them a ticket as well.
**The reason the ticket price goes up as we get closer to the event is because we need you to purchase tickets sooner rather than later.  We have vendors to pay and need an accurate headcount of how many attendees we'll have for the caterer.

What is included in the ticket price?
Everything costs money guys!  Your ticket price includes dinner, beer, wine, water and/or soft drinks.  Your $$$ will help pay for the venue, the decorations, supply rentals (such as tablecloths), entertainment, and more.  Any surplus money will be left in our class bank account to be used for our next reunion.  I'm keeping an itemized spreadsheets of expenses.

Why should I come to the reunion?
Why wouldn't you?!  It's the perfect excuse to chat with old friends.  This will be a lot of fun, I promise you.  You won't want to miss it!

Who will be there?
YOU, right?!  We're hoping as many of  our class will attend as possible.  We're doing our best to spread the word and get you excited.  Talk to your friends and make plans to be there!
